I was booking first thing in the morning appointments for the servicing of my wife's vehicle which meant getting up early to get to the appointment. Despite this ,it often involved me having to wait three hours for a 45 minute oil change or for a simple tire rotation.. For the past three years I've been dealing with friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff at Precision and my vehicle is ALWAYS ready when they say it will be.

It's with mixed emotions that I had to say good-bye today to the best team of mechanics I've ever did business with. I have recently moved to Cornwall after living in Orleans for the last 18 years. For all those years, I was able to totally rely on these guys for my car repairs. Over the years, there has been a change-over of some of the staff but John was there from the start and was always available to answer all my question in terms that I could understand. Speaking with many in Orleans, i've learned that they've got a well-earned reputation for honesty and integrity. They have repaired and serviced a variety of our vehicles for almost two decades - a 1993 Jeep, a 2003 BMW, a 2011 Ford SUV, a 2015 Honda sedan and a 2019 Odyssey minivan. Their knowledge and enthusiasm about vehicles of all kinds is incredible. Excellent service! I went there for 60km maintenance/service work on my 2022 Kia Sportage. The local Kia dealer was recommending some (additional) items that I doubted were needed at that mileage and their prices were sometime 2X what my research indicated they should be. Precision Auto inspected the car and did the work items that were actually needed and at expected costs. The service manager John took the time to explain in great detail why certain items were needed. Highly recommended!

I brought my car in because another garage told me the rear wiper motor needed to be replaced. After Matt A inspecting it, he explained that there was actually nothing wrong with the motor and no repair was needed. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism, they could have easily done unnecessary work, but they didn’t. Customer service like this is hard to find. Highly recommended garage.

I went to this mechanic shop for the first time this week, and I genuinely don't have one bad thing to say. As a young female, I was nervous about being taken advantage of, however, I feel I was treated with nothing but equality and respect by this establishment. The customer service, communication, accommodation, as well as the speed with which they completed my repair was 10/10. I also do not feel I was overcharged, and that their pricing was very fair. I will absolutely be returning to this shop the next time I have an issue, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a mechanic.

This will be my go to place from now on. No garage could take me to replace my tires which were completely shot. I got an appointment at Precision within the week. They sent me a report on what was good on my vehicle and what needed immediate attention, complete with photos. Needed tires, brakes, high beam replaced. They got the job done within only a few hours and I had my car back. My car drives like new now and it’s absolutely amazing! I am so impressed and would highly recommend this garage to anyone. The people I dealt with were friendly and John took time to explain things to me with no judgement. Just a great experience overall!

The difference with Precision to many other dealer / garage service departments is that they take the time to fully explain issues, possible explanations, and options -- and all in a friendly, personable way. Customers are treated as people first, not as the "next job" on a conveyor belt. They are thorough, honest, and personable, and definitely know their profession. Quick, efficient, and honest service. Brought it in just for inspection and they provided a list of suggestions on what I wanted fixed. Very professional throughout the repair process with reasonable service costs and a full detailed assessment of work done, not seen in other workshops. They even suggested to hold off on some repairs that may not be causing issues.

Efficient, fair and honest. Highly recommend this garage. I have never felt that they are "finding problems" and their prices are extremely fair. I've never had a situation where I found that their quote did not align with the industry standard for the region. Perfect example: we brought in our car for a routine check up, and they found the entire frame was no longer safe to drive. Instead of quoting us, they did their research and found the frame was actually recalled, and set us up to have it fixed for free at the dealership. They are also very fair and don't fear monger: they give you level headed advice on timing repairs.
