My car broke down near NAPA Precision because of a brake failure, and I had to get it to the shop. Almost immediately, they provided me with a loaner vehicle, which allowed me to return home to Gatineau without any stress.Since this is not my regular garage, I was a little worried about what the repair might cost and whether it would be handled properly, as car repairs are always a significant expense for me.It turned out to be a great decision. The repair was completed quickly, the work was well done, and the communication was excellent throughout the process.I discovered a great garage completely by accident. Thank you to John and the young man who welcomed me so kindly and helped me during a stressful situation. I truly appreciate the excellent service.

My wife and I had great help and advice from Rob and John at Precision Auto. They gave us great service through a difficult repair. The invoice was very fair, considering all the work that was put into our vehicle. No hidden or unexpected charges and every step was explained to us.

Brought in car for specific issues after being recommended by family member who brings their car here. Was called with a fair quote for the work requested without pressure. They completed the work on time. Very satisfied as issues are fixed!

Can't ask for a nicer more honest automotive garage, office staff always willing to take the time and explain everything, and repairs are exceptional, never had an issue

Had to get a rush repair on my son’s RDX and received quick, professional service that I have not experienced in a very long time. Service advisors were thorough in reporting the issue, what steps the technician took, and removed items from the original quote that did not need repair. Impressive service all around!!

I had an excellent experience at Precision Automotive. I purchased and had two new tires installed, plus sensors installed on all four tires.

The staff were friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain my options in an easy-to-understand way.

They also explained how the sensors work, which made me feel confident about my choice.

They followed up the next day to check in and make sure I was happy with the service.

It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

I would definitely go back and highly recommend them.

Excellent service provided by them. For my Audi, full inspection was done, replaced both brakes. Job well done for reasonable price. This is the second time they are providing Excellent service.

Fantastic service. I would highly recommend this place for any maintenance or repair needs you have. They’ve taken great care of my parents’ vehicles for years, and now they’re taking great care of mine as well. 10/10

Today my husband and I had new tires and rims installed on our Lexus. While we waited, we saw first hand how great the customer service is at this location. The reason we go there is because of the friendly atmosphere and the Service Advisor Kenny’s professionalism and expertise in what he does best. We also witnessed a dissatisfied customer where Kenny was able to deal with in a calm manner and with lots of empathy. He took the time to explain and clarify the circumstances leading to this complaint.

We have dealt with Napa a few times and continue to be satisfied customers. We’ll be back for sure.

We brought our Dodge Ram to Precision Auto Orléans for front-end service, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the communication was excellent.
My husband dealt directly with John, who provided a detailed report complete with photos clearly showing the broken CV axle shaft. We really appreciated the transparency, not just in identifying the issue, but also in explaining what could potentially affect the final cost if additional problems were discovered during the repair.
As it turned out, their honesty truly stood out. No extra work was needed, and the final price actually came in lower than the original quote, which was a pleasant surprise.
He will bringing his commercial vehicle there too!
We highly recommend Precision Auto Orléans to anyone looking for trustworthy, transparent, and reliable service.

I was booking first thing in the morning appointments for the servicing of my wife's vehicle which meant getting up early to get to the appointment. Despite this ,it often involved me having to wait three hours for a 45 minute oil change or for a simple tire rotation.. For the past three years I've been dealing with friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff at Precision and my vehicle is ALWAYS ready when they say it will be.

It's with mixed emotions that I had to say good-bye today to the best team of mechanics I've ever did business with. I have recently moved to Cornwall after living in Orleans for the last 18 years. For all those years, I was able to totally rely on these guys for my car repairs. Over the years, there has been a change-over of some of the staff but John was there from the start and was always available to answer all my question in terms that I could understand. I have referred several of my friends who like me, have been happy with this choice.
Thank you for your great service but more importantly for being so trustworthy.

After a very frustrating experience with Toyota in Orléans, Precision Auto was a breath of fresh air. Toyota charged $260 per diagnostic and quoted over $2,300 for repairs, yet the issue remained unresolved after multiple visits and repeated diagnostic fees.

I brought my Toyota Highlander to Precision Auto, and they identified the actual problem quickly and fixed it properly. The repair was completed within one day, the pricing was fair and transparent, and the vehicle has been running perfectly since.

Precision Auto demonstrated efficiency, technical expertise, and genuine care for their customers, everything I did not experience elsewhere. I highly recommend Precision Auto to anyone looking for honest diagnostics, timely service, and quality repairs esp. if you live in Orleans

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best mechanic experience I’ve had in Orléans, Ottawa. Honest, professional, and truly exceptional service.

I cannot say enough good things about John and his team at Precision Auto. After years of trying to find a trustworthy mechanic in Ottawa, a friend referred me here—and I’m incredibly glad they did.

From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was outstanding. John kept communication open and honest the entire time through SMS, phone calls, and email. I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM and within a couple of hours he had already contacted me to explain exactly what they found. I’ve never experienced that level of responsiveness from an auto shop before.

Once the issues were identified, everything was explained clearly and there was zero pressure about how to proceed. Their transparency and professionalism made it easy to trust them, so we told them to go ahead and take care of everything.

What really stood out was how accommodating they were. John even provided a loaner car so I could pick up my daughter from school and get her to swimming safely while my vehicle was being repaired.

Even more impressive, they completed all the repairs in less than 12 hours, which I honestly wasn’t expecting. When I picked up my car, everything was in perfect working order.

John also walked me through the final invoice and provided a detailed list of everything that had been done—exactly as discussed earlier.

Honest, professional, and truly customer-focused service. John and his team at Precision Auto set the standard for what an auto repair experience should be.

If you’re looking for a reliable, honest mechanic in Orléans or anywhere in Ottawa, I highly recommend Precision Auto. I’ll definitely be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on.

We have been using Precision Automotive since 2001. Our adult children now use them as well. John and the whole team have always been honest on diagnostic and costs. Their expertise is unmatched. Never been disappointed.

Excellent service! I went there for 60km maintenance/service work on my 2022 Kia Sportage. The local Kia dealer was recommending some (additional) items that I doubted were needed at that mileage and their prices were sometime 2X what my research indicated they should be. Precision Auto inspected the car and did the work items that were actually needed and at expected costs. The service manager John took the time to explain in great detail why certain items were needed. Highly recommended!

We’ve had nothing but great service here for years. We recommend them constantly to others. Always appreciate their ability to get us in , explain what’s wrong in a friendly and informative manner, and ensure everyone’s aligned before moving forward. They check in after to make sure all’s well, too. Big thanks to the whole team!

Professional service at a competitive cost but what sets them apart is client care, fast and complete assessment and follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Highly recomend!

These guys are awesome! I’ve had 3-4 vehicles repaired here and every time the service is unbeatable. John will call you to inform you what your vehicle needs and how much it will cost before work proceeds. Pictures are taken showing parts replaced and where problem is. 5 star!!!

I brought my car in because another garage told me the rear wiper motor needed to be replaced. After Matt A inspecting it, he explained that there was actually nothing wrong with the motor and no repair was needed. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism, they could have easily done unnecessary work, but they didn’t. Customer service like this is hard to find. Highly recommended garage.

The team helped me through a multi week process to get my car safetied. I was recommended to this shop by a friend, and I am not disappointed at all. The thoroughness and level of work done is amazing, and I will definitely be bringing my car back (hopefully not for a while)

Thank you!

Excellent service from Precision Mechanic. The team was friendly, efficient, and flexible with scheduling. They clearly explained a few maintenance items that may be needed in the future and provided cost estimates, with no pressure at all. Everything felt honest and transparent, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be returning. Merci ✌🏼

Precision Automotive fit me in the day after I called about a battery issue with my 2017 Subaru. They had the car all fixed up within a few hours complete with diagnostic phone call and pricing etc. Very pleased with the service. Thank you.

I’ve been bringing my 2012 RAV4 here for some time now, and they consistently do a great job. You can tell they genuinely care about their work. They send a detailed link outlining what they recommend fixing versus what they believe is still okay, and include photos when applicable. I always recommend them to others and will definitely be returning for my future maintenance needs.

I recently visited the NAPA AutoCare Center for a critical service package: a standard oil change and my seasonal winter tire installation. The team performed both services with excellent professionalism and efficiency.

I went to this mechanic shop for the first time this week, and I genuinely don't have one bad thing to say. As a young female, I was nervous about being taken advantage of, however, I feel I was treated with nothing but equality and respect by this establishment. The customer service, communication, accommodation, as well as the speed with which they completed my repair was 10/10. I also do not feel I was overcharged, and that their pricing was very fair. I will absolutely be returning to this shop the next time I have an issue, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a mechanic.

Precision Automotive is the 4th shop I've had my vehicle at in the last year, and they will be my only one going forward! Kirby, John & team were extremely thorough with my vehicle and helped diagnose issues that had been ongoing for over a year. The customer service was absolutely top notch and as a new resident in Ottawa, i'm really glad that I have found a good shop close to home.
