So hit a coyote in what seemed the middle of nowhere. Of course it was a Friday night! Had the car towed to Precision on Vantage Drive knowing they would take care of me. 7:36 Monday they called! They were able to diagnose and fix the problem before 4 PM. Thanks guys you came through with flying colours.

We brought our car in for routine maintenance for the first time to Precision Automotive as we previously only took it to the car dealership. We were very pleased with the service, communication (included texts to confirm and remind us of the appointment, as well as a link to review a service report) and reasonable price. It was our first visit but will not be our last.

Go for it! It's the 2020s and people with genuine talent for car care make themselves rare. When it comes to Precision Automotive in Orléans, I believe I have found an exception. I have been getting our cars maintained at Precision Auto for a few years now. The team is always honest and truthful. Truthful to the extent of losing money. That is big of them. If that wasn't enough, they even went above and beyond with my car when came time to change the tires and transmission fluid. Not only was the service flawless, they even cleaned my engine air filter! That is something to appreciate. If you are still reading my review at this point, there's even more good I have to say about them. The team did help me with a personal project. I do want to give them recognition for that. They didn't have to and it would have been perfectly acceptable to turn me around. They didn't. Thank you Precision Auto team.

I have lived over 20 years in Ottawa, mostly in the Orleans area. Precision Motors has always been professional, and from personal experience, their diagnostics is top notch. Recently my Nissan with only 92000 kms had an engine light that stayed on. I took it to precision. They were short a tech, but by late afternoon told me I had a faulty e-vent valve, affecting emissions. No waiting for a part to be ordered, it was in stock, and my plan was to leave the car there over night. However, I found out when I went to get my house key, the technician was working overtime and was nearly finished. A young employee out front processed my bill and took the opportunity to mention a preventative procedure that would likely give my transmission a longer life. I can't say enough about the professionalism, courtesy and friendly experience I received. As a female not mechanically inclined it is reassuring to know you only have to make one phone call to Precision and they will take care of you. Amazing group! See you guys later in the summer for the CVT treatment. if you are not sure about CVTs, just ask Precision.

Best service I've ever received! They take the car in the morning and it's always back before I realize. They don't give you a pickup time - which made me nervous the first time but now I trust them to get my car back in a reasonable time. They got me to my Dragon's Den pitch in Toronto on time with new brakes! They've never upsold me on anything and they always give the next price they can - I don't feel gouged. Precision Auto is just an extremely professional mechanic, period.

The service here is very professional and most importantly their communication was timely and consistent! For some reason our booked appointment got messed up as we found out when dropping off the car, but the very professionally apologized and held to our expected service. By noon the next day we had a full report with pricing and expected repair time frames, we gave the go ahead and the car was ready midday the next day as promised and at the price that had been given. Note: this is a busy location and often parking is full on site, park at one of the nearby businesses temporarily when running in to the counter, just be mindful to keep it quick as they have a business to run also.😉 Thanks for the great service!

Fantastic service! They made an effort to squeeze my vehicle in for a quick inspection same day as I called, and was even able to service my vehicle and fix it the following day. 10/10 recommend. They also have a cute play area for kids upstairs in the front office.
