I’ve been bringing my 2012 RAV4 here for some time now, and they consistently do a great job. You can tell they genuinely care about their work. They send a detailed link outlining what they recommend fixing versus what they believe is still okay, and include photos when applicable. I always recommend them to others and will definitely be returning for my future maintenance needs.

I went to this mechanic shop for the first time this week, and I genuinely don't have one bad thing to say. As a young female, I was nervous about being taken advantage of, however, I feel I was treated with nothing but equality and respect by this establishment. The customer service, communication, accommodation, as well as the speed with which they completed my repair was 10/10. I also do not feel I was overcharged, and that their pricing was very fair. I will absolutely be returning to this shop the next time I have an issue, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a mechanic.

This will be my go to place from now on. No garage could take me to replace my tires which were completely shot. I got an appointment at Precision within the week. They sent me a report on what was good on my vehicle and what needed immediate attention, complete with photos. Needed tires, brakes, high beam replaced. They got the job done within only a few hours and I had my car back. My car drives like new now and it’s absolutely amazing! I am so impressed and would highly recommend this garage to anyone. The people I dealt with were friendly and John took time to explain things to me with no judgement. Just a great experience overall!

The difference with Precision to many other dealer / garage service departments is that they take the time to fully explain issues, possible explanations, and options -- and all in a friendly, personable way. Customers are treated as people first, not as the "next job" on a conveyor belt. They are thorough, honest, and personable, and definitely know their profession. Such a pleasure to be treated so courteously when "customer service" seems to be more than one can expect in most industries these days.

Quick, efficient, and honest service. Brought it in just for inspection and they provided a list of suggestions on what I wanted fixed. Very professional throughout the repair process with reasonable service costs and a full detailed assessment of work done, not seen in other workshops. They even suggested to hold off on some repairs that may not be causing issues.

Efficient, fair and honest. Highly recommend this garage. I have never felt that they are "finding problems" and their prices are extremely fair. I've never had a situation where I found that their quote did not align with the industry standard for the region. Perfect example: we brought in our car for a routine check up, and they found the entire frame was no longer safe to drive. Instead of quoting us, they did their research and found the frame was actually recalled, and set us up to have it fixed for free at the dealership. They are also very fair and don't fear monger: they give you level headed advice on timing repairs.

We brought our SUV for diagnostics as our air conditioning was not working. The technician called and let us know the issues with our car and a breakdown. He asked if we wanted to proceed. We agreed to complete all the work and it was done by the end of the day. We were impressed with the work they completed and for the great customer service as this is just as important as the mechanical work. They never pushed us to get any work done and the manager texted to see if we were happy with their service which we were. We would go back to Precision for any car work in the future.

Very reasonable, trustworthy and high quality garage! I initially purchased a BMW 330i that needed a safety inspection and new tires. Everything was completed in a very timely manner. The vehicle also had a complex coolant issue, and I asked the garage to investigate. John and his team thoroughly checked the gaskets, pumps, expansion tank, thermostat, and more. They replaced several parts, but the issue persisted, which was understandably discouraging as it proved difficult to diagnose. At that point, the owner of the garage Rob Brouwer, personally took over the case, spending over 13 hours working alongside a BMW specialist to find the problem. I’m extremely grateful for their honesty and dedication, especially as they waived the many hours spent diagnosing my car over the past month and a half. I particularly appreciated the frequent updates regarding my vehicle’s status and next steps. The owner, Rob Brouwer, even reached out via personal phone calls during evenings and weekends to keep me informed. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and high‑quality garage, Precision Automotive in Orléans is the place to go!

After reading some of the reviews of this business I thought I'd give them a try. I stopped in last Thursday to see if there was anything they could do to secure my muffler and exhaust as one of the supports had broken. I was greeted by John, who without hesitation, grabbed some tools from the garage and headed to my car that was in the parking lot. He climbed underneath and within a few minutes had temporarily secured my exhaust. Fast forward one week, I dropped my car off to have the broken hanger replaced and to see if there had been any damage. I was sure there was, as the car was a lot noisier. They indeed found a crack in the system, they tracked down the part, had it and the hanger installed all within a few hours. When I picked up my car, they brought up a schematic on the computer and showed me exactly what had cracked and explained the repair. I feel their service was exceptional and their prices seem very fair. I think this is one of the few service facilities that actually care about the customer. I highly recommend.

Two of my tires that are marked directional were incorrectly installed on the rims by another company & they corrected that & pointed out that my windshield wipers were worn out & making streaks on windows…got those replaced. I went to Precision for years when I had my former BMW. They always did a great job servicing it. About 8 years ago, I got rid of the Beamer and bought a brand new Jeep so I just took it to the dealer. I then lost that Jeep in an accident a couple of months ago and I bought a used Jeep. So now I am back with Precision. I recently bought new rims from Canadian Tire and had them installed with my summer tires at Canadian Tire. About two days later, I started to hear loud noises under the car while driving. I immediately took the Jeep into Precision. I was fortunate enough that a few days later, they had a cancellation and they diagnosed and got rid of the noise right away. It was due to the lug nuts on the front left side not having been tightened properly when I got my rims installed on my summer tires at CT. Personal thank you to Nick who despite me pestering him everyday to see if there were any cancellations, never lost his patience with me. As usual, Precision still delivers great and honest service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great and honest auto service.
