Had to get a rush repair on my son’s RDX and received quick, professional service that I have not experienced in a very long time. Service advisors were thorough in reporting the issue, what steps the technician took, and removed items from the original quote that did not need repair. Impressive service all around!!

I had an excellent experience at Precision Automotive. I purchased and had two new tires installed, plus sensors installed on all four tires.

The staff were friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain my options in an easy-to-understand way.

They also explained how the sensors work, which made me feel confident about my choice.

Today my husband and I had new tires and rims installed on our Lexus. While we waited, we saw first hand how great the customer service is at this location. The reason we go there is because of the friendly atmosphere and the Service Advisor Kenny’s professionalism and expertise in what he does best. We also witnessed a dissatisfied customer where Kenny was able to deal with in a calm manner and with lots of empathy. He took the time to explain and clarify the circumstances leading to this complaint.

We have dealt with Napa a few times and continue to be satisfied customers. We’ll be back for sure.

We brought our Dodge Ram to Precision Auto Orléans for front-end service, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the communication was excellent.
My husband dealt directly with John, who provided a detailed report complete with photos clearly showing the broken CV axle shaft. We really appreciated the transparency, not just in identifying the issue, but also in explaining what could potentially affect the final cost if additional problems were discovered during the repair.
As it turned out, their honesty truly stood out. No extra work was needed, and the final price actually came in lower than the original quote, which was a pleasant surprise.

I was booking first thing in the morning appointments for the servicing of my wife's vehicle which meant getting up early to get to the appointment. Despite this ,it often involved me having to wait three hours for a 45 minute oil change or for a simple tire rotation.. For the past three years I've been dealing with friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff at Precision and my vehicle is ALWAYS ready when they say it will be.

It's with mixed emotions that I had to say good-bye today to the best team of mechanics I've ever did business with. I have recently moved to Cornwall after living in Orleans for the last 18 years. For all those years, I was able to totally rely on these guys for my car repairs. Over the years, there has been a change-over of some of the staff but John was there from the start and was always available to answer all my question in terms that I could understand. I have referred several of my friends who like me, have been happy with this choice.

After a very frustrating experience with Toyota in Orléans, Precision Auto was a breath of fresh air. Toyota charged $260 per diagnostic and quoted over $2,300 for repairs, yet the issue remained unresolved after multiple visits and repeated diagnostic fees.

From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was outstanding. John kept communication open and honest the entire time through SMS, phone calls, and email. I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM and within a couple of hours he had already contacted me to explain exactly what they found. I’ve never experienced that level of responsiveness from an auto shop before.

Excellent service! I went there for 60km maintenance/service work on my 2022 Kia Sportage. The local Kia dealer was recommending some (additional) items that I doubted were needed at that mileage and their prices were sometime 2X what my research indicated they should be. Precision Auto inspected the car and did the work items that were actually needed and at expected costs. The service manager John took the time to explain in great detail why certain items were needed. Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome! I’ve had 3-4 vehicles repaired here and every time the service is unbeatable. John will call you to inform you what your vehicle needs and how much it will cost before work proceeds. Pictures are taken showing parts replaced and where problem is. 5 star!!!

I brought my car in because another garage told me the rear wiper motor needed to be replaced. After Matt A inspecting it, he explained that there was actually nothing wrong with the motor and no repair was needed. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism, they could have easily done unnecessary work, but they didn’t. Customer service like this is hard to find. Highly recommended garage.

Precision Automotive fit me in the day after I called about a battery issue with my 2017 Subaru. They had the car all fixed up within a few hours complete with diagnostic phone call and pricing etc. Very pleased with the service. Thank you.

I’ve been bringing my 2012 RAV4 here for some time now, and they consistently do a great job. You can tell they genuinely care about their work. They send a detailed link outlining what they recommend fixing versus what they believe is still okay, and include photos when applicable. I always recommend them to others and will definitely be returning for my future maintenance needs.

I recently visited the NAPA AutoCare Center for a critical service package: a standard oil change and my seasonal winter tire installation. The team performed both services with excellent professionalism and efficiency.

I went to this mechanic shop for the first time this week, and I genuinely don't have one bad thing to say. As a young female, I was nervous about being taken advantage of, however, I feel I was treated with nothing but equality and respect by this establishment. The customer service, communication, accommodation, as well as the speed with which they completed my repair was 10/10. I also do not feel I was overcharged, and that their pricing was very fair. I will absolutely be returning to this shop the next time I have an issue, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a mechanic.

Precision Automotive is the 4th shop I've had my vehicle at in the last year, and they will be my only one going forward! Kirby, John & team were extremely thorough with my vehicle and helped diagnose issues that had been ongoing for over a year. The customer service was absolutely top notch and as a new resident in Ottawa, i'm really glad that I have found a good shop close to home.

This will be my go to place from now on. No garage could take me to replace my tires which were completely shot. I got an appointment at Precision within the week.

They sent me a report on what was good on my vehicle and what needed immediate attention, complete with photos.

Needed tires, brakes, high beam replaced. They got the job done within only a few hours and I had my car back.

My car drives like new now and it’s absolutely amazing!
