I brought my car in because another garage told me the rear wiper motor needed to be replaced. After Matt A inspecting it, he explained that there was actually nothing wrong with the motor and no repair was needed. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism, they could have easily done unnecessary work, but they didn’t. Customer service like this is hard to find. Highly recommended garage.

I went to this mechanic shop for the first time this week, and I genuinely don't have one bad thing to say. As a young female, I was nervous about being taken advantage of, however, I feel I was treated with nothing but equality and respect by this establishment. The customer service, communication, accommodation, as well as the speed with which they completed my repair was 10/10. I also do not feel I was overcharged, and that their pricing was very fair. I will absolutely be returning to this shop the next time I have an issue, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a mechanic.

This will be my go to place from now on. No garage could take me to replace my tires which were completely shot. I got an appointment at Precision within the week. They sent me a report on what was good on my vehicle and what needed immediate attention, complete with photos. Needed tires, brakes, high beam replaced. They got the job done within only a few hours and I had my car back. My car drives like new now and it’s absolutely amazing! I am so impressed and would highly recommend this garage to anyone. The people I dealt with were friendly and John took time to explain things to me with no judgement. Just a great experience overall!

The difference with Precision to many other dealer / garage service departments is that they take the time to fully explain issues, possible explanations, and options -- and all in a friendly, personable way. Customers are treated as people first, not as the "next job" on a conveyor belt. They are thorough, honest, and personable, and definitely know their profession. Such a pleasure to be treated so courteously when "customer service" seems to be more than one can expect in most industries these days.

Quick, efficient, and honest service. Brought it in just for inspection and they provided a list of suggestions on what I wanted fixed. Very professional throughout the repair process with reasonable service costs and a full detailed assessment of work done, not seen in other workshops. They even suggested to hold off on some repairs that may not be causing issues.

We brought our SUV for diagnostics as our air conditioning was not working. The technician called and let us know the issues with our car and a breakdown. He asked if we wanted to proceed. We agreed to complete all the work and it was done by the end of the day. We were impressed with the work they completed and for the great customer service as this is just as important as the mechanical work. They never pushed us to get any work done and the manager texted to see if we were happy with their service which we were. We would go back to Precision for any car work in the future.

After reading some of the reviews of this business I thought I'd give them a try. I stopped in last Thursday to see if there was anything they could do to secure my muffler and exhaust as one of the supports had broken. I was greeted by John, who without hesitation, grabbed some tools from the garage and headed to my car that was in the parking lot. He climbed underneath and within a few minutes had temporarily secured my exhaust. Fast forward one week, I dropped my car off to have the broken hanger replaced and to see if there had been any damage. I was sure there was, as the car was a lot noisier. They indeed found a crack in the system, they tracked down the part, had it and the hanger installed all within a few hours. When I picked up my car, they brought up a schematic on the computer and showed me exactly what had cracked and explained the repair. I feel their service was exceptional and their prices seem very fair. I think this is one of the few service facilities that actually care about the customer. I highly recommend.

Two of my tires that are marked directional were incorrectly installed on the rims by another company & they corrected that & pointed out that my windshield wipers were worn out & making streaks on windows…got those replaced. Great experience there & will continue to take my car there in the future.

I went to Precision for years when I had my former BMW. They always did a great job servicing it. About 8 years ago, I got rid of the Beamer and bought a brand new Jeep so I just took it to the dealer. I then lost that Jeep in an accident a couple of months ago and I bought a used Jeep. So now I am back with Precision. I recently bought new rims from Canadian Tire and had them installed with my summer tires at Canadian Tire. About two days later, I started to hear loud noises under the car while driving. I immediately took the Jeep into Precision. I was fortunate enough that a few days later, they had a cancellation and they diagnosed and got rid of the noise right away. It was due to the lug nuts on the front left side not having been tightened properly when I got my rims installed on my summer tires at CT. Personal thank you to Nick who despite me pestering him everyday to see if there were any cancellations, never lost his patience with me. As usual, Precision still delivers great and honest service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great and honest auto service.

Precision Automotive, 385 Vantage Dr Orleans, associated with NAPA, did a great job with the wheel bearings on my car. Saved us $400 by finding cheaper parts. Job completed in a day. Then the manager John followed up the next day by reaching out to ask how the car was going and if we were happy. That’s customer service.

I recently took my Nissan Rogue to Precision Auto on Vantage Drive for a brake inspection and servicing — my first time at this shop. Nicholas at the front desk offered a seasonal inspection for just $15 more, which I accepted. A few hours later, Kirby called to explain that the mechanic found - front brakes should last another 12 months and that they recommend servicing, which they went ahead and did. As for the rear brakes, he said they were still good for now but might need replacing in 6 to 8 months. He advised that it didn’t make sense to service the rear brakes now, since they would likely need full replacement soon anyway. He also found no leaks and said the car was otherwise in excellent condition. I was really impressed by their honesty and professionalism — most garages would have just pushed for unnecessary work. Thanks to their straightforward and timely service, Precision Auto has definitely earned me as a loyal customer.
