My only regret is not having brought my vehicle here before. My 7 year old vehicle is still running strong because of this shop. They take photos of any issues and text a report to you before they call. Prices are competitive and they’ve always honoured warranty on parts.

I recently had this garage do a tire rotation. After a few attempts at other shops, reminding them about my hubcentric rings, they neglected to take time with the rotation and doubled the rings on one corner. Not Precision Automative. I asked and they paid attention, took their time and did it right. Staff was very friendly and it was a nice atmosphere as I waited. Rates are lower than other shops that messed up in the first place. I’ll be back again, for sure!

This was my first visit with my Audi Q5 and it was a very good experience. It was for a tire swap and a diagnosis for a suspected oil leak. The technicians were incredibly thorough and the office staff clearly understood the steps taken to try to determine the cause of the leak. More importantly, they didn’t try to charge me for a quick expensive fix without knowing 100% where the leak was coming from (Unlike the Audi dealership that I had been going to up to now!) I will definitely go back to Precision and gladly give them my business,……..”IT’S TRUE”😉

Every time my car breaks down I take to Precision Auto. I have my brakes done, my brake line just gave out, needed a new suspension. Got to say my car need major work but it’s 9 years old paid for with no rust. It’s just up keep but I always get great service. Pictures of the problems and what needs to be replaced and why. My estimated are accurate even on the higher side so it’s nice when the bill comes in under. Nothing but great service

One of the things you need to find in life is a reliable garage. I found this one years ago. Great communication and texted reports. I’ve never felt like I was being pressured or upsold on repairs. I just had my 2021 Toyota Corolla SE Hatchback serviced at Precision Automotive February 12th. The staff there treated me like I've been going there for years. It was my first time! They did an awesome job and they work with you when it comes to what your vehicle needs or might require. They understand that vehicles are expensive to own and maintain. I was sold on Precision Automotive a couple of years ago when my son's Ram 1500 was experiencing transmission issues. The local Dodge dealer wanted him to replace the transmission at a cool $10K. My son in law Kevin, suggested that Jesse take his Ram to Precision Automotive. His Ram was repaired for about $350. Turns out it was a single wire that was burned out touching the manifold 🤦 So there you have it folks. Two reviews for the price of one. If you're looking for dependable mechanics, look no further. Precision Automotive is my spot, and should be yours as well. Drive safely and we'll see you on the street 🤙💯😎

No surprises, if they see something on your vehicle that needs attention over and above what you brought your vehicle in for they call to consult with you, provide an estimate to get your approval to go ahead then or schedule another time to have the work done. Had an issue with our heater in our 10 year old Dodge Dart. NAPA took exceptional steps to resolve the issue after when one of the parts stopped working. Supported us the entire way and were very easy to work with. Even made sure we had a loaner that worked for us while they diagnosed the issue. We are pretty new to Orleans and they made a life long customer.

Took a trip for my friends 40th from DC and got stuck with truck trouble. Called the shop and was told to bring it in as soon as possible. Took it there the next day and ran into John. Great guy and very friendly. I decided to go through carshield my 3rd party insurance boy is that a headache. I would have still been stuck in Canada if I didn’t give John permission to get the truck fixed. Unfortunately due to the holiday I wasn’t able to be home for Christmas, but I got to experience a Canadian Christmas for the first time. John had my truck ready to go that Friday and I’m able to be home with my family while I’m still dealing with the insurance company. This shop is amazing, great price, great service, friendly staff. If I lived in Orléans I’d make this shop my go to spot, however I can definitely recommend them for any work! A++ 10/10

For years, I have trusted Precision to take care of everything car-related - tires, tune-ups, etc. Whether it’s a “I’m going on a very long road trip - could you please make sure I’m good?” visit or a simple oil change, I can rely on them to make sure I’m safe. And as a woman who admittedly only knows the basics about cars, the staff is not at all patronizing and never, ever takes advantage (which I have experienced elsewhere). The alternator in my Honda Civic died and I was not exactly sure what to do. I ended up having the car towed to Precision Auto and have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. John was assigned to my file and called me multiple times to provide updates on the status of the car and how much the repair would cost. I would recommend Precision Auto to anyone in the area looking for a solid mechanic and will be returning with my vehicles in the future.
