The reason we go there is because of the friendly atmosphere and the Service Advisor Kenny’s professionalism and expertise in what he does best. Excellent service! I went there for 60km maintenance/service work on my 2022 Kia Sportage. I brought my car in because another garage told me the rear wiper motor needed to be replaced. I went to this mechanic shop for the first time this week, and I genuinely don't have one bad thing to say. As a young female, I was nervous about being taken advantage of, however, I feel I was treated with nothing but equality and respect by this establishment. This will be my go to place from now on. No garage could take me to replace my tires which were completely shot. I got an appointment at Precision within the week. They sent me a report on what was good on my vehicle and what needed immediate attention, complete with photos. Needed tires, brakes, high beam replaced. They got the job done within only a few hours and I had my car back. My car drives like new now and it’s absolutely amazing! I am so impressed and would highly recommend this garage to anyone.
